Puerto Aventuras. This development is the second largest tourist development on the "corridor". It is located approximately 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport and 20 minutes north of the famous mayan ruin site of Tulum, developed along two bays Fatima and Chachalal.

Puerto Aventuras covers a total area of 250 hectares in two phases of development: The first phase includes the commercial & the private marina covering 180 hectares (approx. 400 acres) and the second phase includes additional golf course & marina facilities covering 70 hectares (approx. 160 acres).

There are about 15 to 20 independent developments within Puerto Aventuras. About 95% of the lots in the first phase have been sold.
